A WORD OF WARNING

(A Word received from the Lord on Wednesday, June 7, 1967)

"What is the meaning, says the Lord, of that which is now transpiring in the Middle East? Is it not that which you read about in my Word? And what is it, says the Lord? Is it not written that I shall gather all nations to Jerusalem to battle? (Zech. 14:2). And is not the stage now being set for the final conflict when multitudes will be brought to the valley of decision for judgment? (Joel 3:14). For even now is the time when the nations are beating their plowshares into swords and instruments of war, and all the mighty men of war are being awakened. (Joel 3:9-10).

Be not deluded by overtures of peace and seeming settlement which shall come among those now in conflict. For this will be temporary. That which seethes underneath shall yet break out in total and final conflict. But l am using this flare-up to give you warning, says the Lord; warning that the final vortex of inescapable conflict is drawing near. Therefore let me speak to you and make known to you that which you need to know in this crucial hour.

Is it not written that blood shall flow outside the city of Jerusalem even to the horse bridles? (Rev. 14:20). Now what does this mean? The horse is a symbol of the power to war, and a bridle is that which controls, holds back, or regulates the power of the horse. What then is the bridle that shall be instrumental in staying, for a time, the angry stampede of the nations to war? The bridle, says the Lord, is the United Nations organization. But this ability to hold back the conflict to war cannot last but for a short time. For I have determined that all nations shall drink of the wine of my fury. And I am weary of holding in, says the Lord. My lips are full of indignation; my tongue as a devouring fire. I have determined that the very instrument which the nations have put their trust in to maintain peace shall precipitate them into war. For the bridle in the jaws of the nations shall cause them to err (Isa. 30:27-28).

In its first application, the blood reaching to the horse's bridle outside Jerusalem is the United Nations holding back the bloodletting of war for a time. In its second application it is the United Nations becoming embroiled in war through its member nations taking sides and pitting themselves against one another when the final showdown comes in the Middle East. And since a house divided against itself cannot stand, the United Nations organization shall collapse in the day of final reckoning. It is pictured in my Word as a wall that is daubed with untempered mortar, and in the day of storm it shall not stand. (Ezek. 13:10-15). The untempered mortar which will not allow the wall to adhere represents the blasphemous nations of communism which have been taken into the United Nations; but they are treacherous and completely unreliable; therefore when it suits their interests, they will abandon their deceitful words of peace and launch a full-scale invasion of the Middle East. Until that day the nations that are truly interested in peace with justice will continue to err by participating with the communists in the United Nations organization.

Now let me show you further the pattern in my Word, says the Lord. When judgment was ready to fall on the nation of the Jews in the days following their rejection of my witness through the apostles, I did give a warning sign to the Christians to flee from Jerusalem and Judea. I spoke to them these words: 'When you see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that desolation is near. Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountains and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled’ (Luke 21:20-22). The armies which compassed Jerusalem in those days were the Roman legions sent to execute my vengeance on a people who had rejected my witness. Even so shall it again be fulfilled at the close of this dispensation, for I have determined to once again pour out my fury on those who have been stiff-necked and unwilling to receive my Word. Therefore once again shall armies encompass Jerusalem. This time they shall be of the nations which will have completely fallen into the maw of the bear—Russian communism.

Now hear my Word! When the nations which today encircle the people of Israel are fully within the communist camp, THEN know that your days are numbered. For this is the SIGN that I give to you that vengeance is about to fall, not only on the people of Israel, but on all nations of the earth.

Now what, says the Lord, is the meaning of the present crisis in the Middle East. I say to you that the blowing of the sixth trumpet is now taking place. The 'slaying of the third part of men' (Rev. 9:15) is symbolic of the destruction of the Influence of the Christian west in the Middle East, paving the way for a communist takeover. For the Christian nations are symbolized by Isaac, who was one-third of the house of Abraham; the other two-thirds being the descendants of Ishmael, who was the son of Hagar the Egyptian, and the descendants of the sons of Keturah (Gen. 16:1-12, 25:1-6). The loosing of the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates, refers to the coming breakup of that pact which has bound four nations together as a buffer against communist Russia. With the dissolving of this western-inspired resistance to communism, the nations of the Middle East will gradually succumb to the domination of Russia and communism, eventually becoming a part of the beast empire.

I call on you to flee to the mountains. A mountain is typical of a Kingdom, and only those who are willing to flee to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ and take refuge under His sovereignty, shall escape the desolation that is coming.

Therefore hear, my people, for the hour is late, and I will require of you to know my will in this day. Hasten, yes I say hasten, to the bosom of your Savior and let nothing deter you from clinging solely to Him in this day."

(end of prophecy).
